Terms of Service for Reviewers

To register and participate, reviewers must:

• Own a Google account that is at least 2 years old
• Provide a valid IBAN for payouts
• Accept these Terms of Service before accessing the platform

All reviews must be:

• Minimum 300 characters (spaces excluded)
• 100% genuine, original, and human-written — no AI-generated content
• Submitted via a valid Google Review Share Link
• Positive in nature and in line with the task instructions
• Free of prohibited phrases as specified in the task

Fake, plagiarized, AI-generated, or recycled reviews will result in immediate task rejection and quality score deduction.

• Maximum 3 active tasks at any time
• Tasks must be submitted within 72 hours of claiming — expired tasks are automatically returned to the pool
• Reviewers cannot submit reviews for businesses they have previously reviewed on the platform

• Earnings are credited only after admin approval of the submission
• Minimum payout threshold: EUR 20 in confirmed earnings
• Payouts are processed on the 1st of every month via IBAN bank transfer
• EUR only — no other currencies accepted

If a review is removed by Google, the reviewer retains their earnings as they fulfilled their task requirements. However, RateBridge reserves the right to investigate the circumstances of the removal. If investigation reveals any irregularity, manipulation, or violation of platform rules, the earnings for that task will be withheld and the account may be suspended.

• Every reviewer starts with a Quality Score of 100
• Each rejected submission deducts 5 points
• Score below 60: account flagged for review
• Score below 40: account automatically suspended

The EUR 5 referral bonus is credited only after the referred reviewer completes and gets approved on their first task — registration alone does not qualify.

Referral abuse (self-referrals, fake accounts, or any attempt to manipulate the referral system) will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all accrued earnings.

SmartEarn reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts found to be:

• Submitting fake, AI-generated, or plagiarized reviews
• Using Google accounts less than 2 years old
• Manipulating the quality score or referral system
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity

In cases of intentional fraud, suspension will be enacted without payout of accrued balances.
