SmartEarn is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

When you use SmartEarn as a reviewer, we collect:

• Full name and email address (via Google OAuth)
• Google account information (name, profile picture, email)
• IBAN and Stripe payout email (for payment processing)
• Task and submission history
• Quality score and earnings history
• IP address and device information for security and fraud prevention

We use your data to:

• Manage your reviewer account and task assignments
• Process monthly payouts to your IBAN
• Verify submission quality and prevent fraud
• Send transactional emails (task updates, payout confirmations)
• Improve our platform

We share your data only with:

• Supabase — for secure data storage
• Resend — for transactional emails

We never sell your data to third parties. Your IBAN and payout details are encrypted and never shared with businesses.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days, except earnings records which may be retained for tax and compliance purposes.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your IBAN is stored in encrypted format and is never visible in plain text. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
